Feedback

Here at Maplefields Training & Development we are constantly striving to deliver the best possible services.

Your feedback is important to us!

In order to maintain our high standards we ask that you please take a moment to share your experiences and feedback with us using the downloadable evaluation form.

Here is what other schools have thought…

  • "Emma is the perfect critical friend; she questions and respectfully challenges the systems/provisions in place - quality assuring the experiences of the most vulnerable learners. She helps tackle "blocks" in a setting and offers a good dose of supervision. She should be the "go to" sounding board for any SENDCo in a quandary."

  • "A fresh pair of eyes and professional who is genuinely interested in making the lives of children better and safer. We've benefitted from the network of support and advice Emma is apart of and it's reassuring to know that, in high-profile cases, we have a "gold level" of quality assurance."

  • "This consultation has been valuable in supporting the school to critically reflect on current practice and the advice and strategies discussed have led to an increased confidence in the staff’s ability to manage challenging behaviour effectively."

  • "The support we received was exceptional, and received the report in no time at all.  Would highly recommend Maplefields Outreach Services to others!"
